Shivi Maheshwari is orignally from tier 2 city of India - Bathinda, Punjab and is currently a VC at WaterBridge Ventures. She did her MBA at Kellogg school of Management. During her time at Kellogg she did VC internship with mHub and True Beauty Ventures, and PE internship with Nextgen growth partner where got exposure in due diligence, sourcing , investment memos and investment thesis in MedTech, ClimateTech, Beauty and Industrial sectors. At Kellogg she pursued Entrepreneurship and VC pathway where her coursework included working with Data privacy startup, Datum and commercialising innovation for CO2 conversion technology and working with underrepresented latino founder to pitch better, Connect care Hero.

Before Kellogg she has 7 years of corporate experience with Hero MotoCorp, Kraft Heinz and JP Morgan Chase. She has worked as strategy at VisualEz, a virtual reality based startup into home construction space. Her responsibilities included making the business profitable by deciding on the future strategy for the whole business, taking harsh decisions, making trade-offs, and improving operational effectiveness. Shivi have a strong, proven record of understanding and changing organizational systems, and working in unstructured and structured environments. Her personality, integrity, leadership, strong analytical and planning skills have helped her to successfully lead and manage teams to resolve major issues and finish large projects ahead of schedule and under budget. 

Shivi is an aerial silk acrobat, ashtanga yoga enthusiant and deeply interested in social psycology.
