Dr. Arvind Agrawal, Managing Partner, Lead Associates, is an executive coach and a consultant with extensive corporate experience having held senior leadership positions in leading organizations like RPG Group, Escorts Construction Equipment, Escorts JCB and Xerox . He was awarded the National HRD Award in 1992. He served as the National President of National HRD Network during the year 2000 – 2002 and received the Lifetime Achievement Award by Business World HR Excellence Summit and Awards in 2021.
Dr. T. V. Rao is currently Chairman, TVRLS. He is associated with the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for the last 40 years in various capacities: first as a professor (1973 – 1994), and Visiting or Adjunct Professor (1994-2014) and until recently as a member of the IIMA Society and the Board of Governors. Author of over 60 books, Dr. Rao is the Co-Founder & First President National HRD Network and has many awards to his credit, including HR Professional of 2019 by the Asia Pacific Federation for HRM and Ravi Matthai Fellow of AIMS.
