Shodhan is the chair of Panag & Babu’s highly respected Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. Shodhan heads the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Bengaluru and New Delhi. Shodhan has served as a mentor with the Young ITA (Institute of Transnational Arbitration), and has given guest lectures at various law schools across the country.
Shodhan’s inter disciplinary background coupled with his diverse experience in handling various kinds of litigation at the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and the Trial courts, makes him accomplished at efficiently handling a wide variety of matters at the firm both at the trial and the appellate levels. Shodhan has advised and worked in a wide variety of sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, and Education.
Shodhan practices in multiple forums such as the Supreme Court of India, Karnataka High Court, Civil/Trial Courts across Karnataka, Consumer Forums/Commissions, Karnataka Lokayuktha, Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Arbitratal Tribunals, and the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal.
Shodhan enjoys endurance cycling. Shodhan is a member of Bangalore Randonneurs, and became a Super Randonneur in 2021.
