Rishi leads Acumen India’s Workforce Development area. He is responsible for thought leadership, investment strategy and programs. He also works closely with current investments to help amplify their impact. He joined Acumen in 2019.
Rishi started his career in management consulting with Bain and has since spent time as a development consultant working across projects with government bodies and social enterprises through the University of Chicago’s International Innovation Corps fellowship. He has also spent some time as an entrepreneur, leading X Billion Skills Lab, a digital skilling platform aimed at providing future-focused skills to opportunity youth in India. Rishi holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
