Unnayan is an equity finance trader at BlackRock where he trade across 9 markets in Asia-Pacific with a focus on Japan and Korea. 

Over the past 5.5 years he has consistently outperformed across different strategies involving risk arbitrage, event driven trading, stock loan, financing, collateral upgrade, repos and term trade structures. 

Being passionate about coaching and mentoring, he has helped shape a team culture that thrives on idea meritocracy and mutual respect. 

Unnayan is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and a lead guitarist with over 10,000 hours for practice.
