Inner Engineering
Common sense and positive psychology applied to define your relationship with your spiritual self. We will learn about essential elements from the teachings of Buddha, Aristotle, Plato, among others. The idea is to keep it simple and offer frameworks that can be applied practically.
Making compounding work for you
