Cracking Chicago Booth and Harvard Kennedy School

Dhwani Chugh completed her Computer Science Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh post which she worked as a technology consultant with SAP, a European multinational company, for almost 2 years. She then shifted gears to join Teach For India (TFI), as a fellow teaching mathematics and political science to classes IX and X in a government school in New Delhi. While working at TFI, she pursued multiple side-projects. She founded her own social startup which imparted digital literacy skills to school dropouts through experiential learning and also worked with NITI Aayog, the National think tank of the Government of India, on India’s National Artificial Intelligence Policy and the National Data Protection Bill 2019. Working on her startup got her interested in building tech products. Currently she is pursuing her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During her time at Booth, she has worked with the New Products team at Square Inc, a leading fintech company in the USA and interned with Amazon Web Services as a Senior Product Manager this summer.
