I’ve spent the past 5 years working at VC-backed distributed energy software companies across Silicon Valley and Nairobi, Kenya. I’ve held various operational roles ranging from policy analysis, product strategy and customer success. I’m passionate about the promise that renewables hold - both for a cleaner as well as more equitable energy future! I'm also a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum, an Audi Environmental Scholar and a Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) fellow.
I am a passionate decentralized energy access aficionado. I am a part of Global Energy Nutrition Initiative (GENI). It's a group founded by a group of students who attended the MOOC on Social Entrepreneurship offered by Copenhagen Business School which included people from various countries in October 2014 to address concerns about energy and nutrition in the countries of the Equatorial belt (Tropic of Cancer to Tropic of Capricorn) through a low profit limited liability company.
